1. Return window
We offer a 90-day return window for most purchased items, so you have time to make sure your purchase meets your expectations.
2. How to return an item
- Contact us: email support@lupusarmor.com or use our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Send it back: once we approve your request, we confirm the return address and any return shipping arrangements. Please pack the item securely.
- Refund or exchange: choose a refund, or exchange the item for a different size or variant.
3. Return and refund processing time
We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours.
4. Refund method and arrival time
Once your refund is approved, it is returned to your bank account through the original payment method within 7–15 days.
5. Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size or variant. Contact us and we will guide you through the exchange.
6. Eligibility, return shipping and exceptions
Please contact us before sending anything back. When we approve your request we confirm whether the item is eligible, the return address and any return shipping arrangements for your order.
7. Damaged, lost or incorrect orders
